8 Days Tour Beijing - Yangtze River Cruise

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1, Beijing Arrial
Upon arrival, be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2, Beijing(B, L)
Full day trip to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Temple of Heaven. In the evening (7:15~8:30PM), enjoy the Peking Opera Show(or Chinese Acrobat, or Chinese Kongfu show, choose one show from these three options, depending on your interest) .

- Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
- Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties with a history of 600 years.
- Temple of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's blessing of the whole nation.

Day 3, Beijing (B, L )
Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb and Sacred road. Enjoy a Peking Duck Banquet for dinner  in the most famous Quanjude Restaurant.

- The Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
- The Ming Tomb: The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the Ming Dynasty.
- The Sacred Road: The way guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.

Day 4, Beijing (B, L)
Visit the Hutongs by rickshaw and the Summer Palace.
- Hutongs: The old narrow paths where common people lived. All the Hutongs crisscross with each other, dotted with the Kindergarten, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the Tea House, the lake, House of Gong Infante and local people's houses among them. 

- Summer Palace: The largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years. 
 

Day 5, Beijing / Chongqing (B, L )
Take the prebooked flight to Chongqing. Upon arrival, be met at Jiangbei Airport and transferred to Chaotianmen dock to board your cruiser.
4 star cruiser: Serenity Crusier, Three Kindom Cruiser, Yangtze River Cruiser or Galaxy I Cruiser;
5 star cruiser: Dragon Cruiser, President I Cruiser, Splendid China Cruiser, Sunshine China Cruiser.

Day 6, Yangtse River Cruiser (B,  L,  D)
Departs Chongqing at about 09:00AM; Take shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City.

Day 7, Yangtse River Cruiser (B, L, D )
Take shore excursion to Shennong Stream (at about 10:00AM-13:30PM).

Day 8 (B )
Yichang Departure
Take shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam site (at about 08:00AM-10:00AM). Have lunch onboard. Arrives in Yichang at 13:30PM.
Be met & transferred to the airport for the prebooked flight to Beijing / Shanghai (Up to You).
